You may return your custom Platinum Stage, Super Pole for any reason within 7 days of receiving it for a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. All returned stages must be unused and in original condition. Platinum Stages reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason and at anytime. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY TIME BUT WILL DO OUR BEST TO SHIP QUICKLY.

Platinum Stages is not responsible for any consequential losses due to non shipment or damaged packages, however we will replace any damaged parts at our expense. (CUSTOM PERMANENT POLES THAT ARE ORDERED TO SIZE CANNOT BE RETURNED)

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!!

Depending on where you live in the country your shipping charge will added manually depending in distance from CA (shipping located in CA) and actual cost of shipping. ex. If you live in NY, WV, FL your shipping charge will be $100 per stage ordered.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS PRE AUTHORIZED BY PLATINUM STAGES.

In event of an advanced replacement, you will be charged full price for the replacement product if the defective product is not returned to Platinum Stages within 30 days.

6 Month Limited Warranty on Platinum Stages products is warranted against manufacturer defects (not including normal wear and tear) for a period of 6 months and defective parts may be returned for replacement of the same part only. Platinum Stages is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the stage and or poles or its user in any way.
